The Bandon Gun Club, a mutual benefit nonprofit corporation in the State of Oregon, is organized and operated exclusively as a social and recreation club for the pleasure and recreation of its members. The social and recreational facilities of the club cannot be made available to the general public. General public is defined as persons other than members, their dependents or their guests.

All guests MUST be accompanied by members to ALL areas of the club (trap fields, 5-Stand, handgun range, and clubhouse) and members must pay all fees for their guests.

All guests MUST sign the Guest Assumption of Risk Form (either adult or youth) by checking in with the member of the clubhouse on Saturday's between 10:00am and 3:00pm or, when using the handgun range when the Clubhouse is not open but when entering the handgun range with the member.
